Born and Raised Outdoors Monthly T-Shirt Club 2025 Blacktail Hunt Sweepstakes Official Rules

By participating in theBorn and Raised Outdoors Monthly T-Shirt Club 2025 Blacktail Hunt Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”), you (“entrant” or “you”) agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects and not subject to appeal.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 (except Alabama and Nebraska 19 and 21 in Mississippi) years of age or older as of date of entry, who have an active and eligible bornandraisedoutdoors.com customer account. Employees, officers and directors of BRO, LLC (“Sponsors”), and their respective, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, contest, fulfillment and marketing agencies, (collectively, “Sweepstakes Parties”) their immediate families (parent, child, sibling & spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding in all respects. Void in any state not listed above and where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

2. SPONSOR: The Sponsor of the Sweepstakes is BRO LLC, 1600 NE Diamond Lake Blvd STE 102, Roseburg, OR 97470.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM PT June 1, 2024 and ends at 11:59 PM PT May 31, 2025. (“Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received on or before the time stated during that submission period. Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the Sweepstakes at their sole discretion.

4. HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) methods of entry:

a. Subscription Purchase Entry Method: Subscribe to the Born and Raised Outdoors Monthly T-shirt Club by selecting a T-Shirt of the Month Subscription product size and completing checkout. https://bornandraisedoutdoors.com/products/monthly-t-shirt-club-subscription (the "Website"). Upon purchase, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes Entry). You will receive one (1) entry for every successful recurring T-Shirt of the Month Subscription billing charge on the 15th of the month. The maximum possible amount of entries per Subscription purchase method is twelve (12).

b. Email Entry Method: Send an email to info@bornandraisedoutdoors.com with the subject: “Monthly T-Shirt Club 2025 Blacktail Hunt Sweepstakes”, and in the email body include your full name, full mailing address including zip code, phone number with area code, and birth date. Email entry is valid once per month during the Sweepstakes Period. The maximum possible number of entries received by Email Entry Method per individual is twelve (12). No responsibility is assumed for (i) technical, electronic, telephone, hardware, software or network, computer or data transmission errors, malfunctions or difficulties of any kind or (ii) any incorrect data contained in any sweepstakes entry. Email entries must be submitted no later than May 31, 2025 to be eligible for the drawing. All entries become the property of Sponsors and will not be returned or acknowledged.

For the entry methods described in Sections 4(a) and 4(b) above, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an entrant who Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Sweepstakes, and to cancel the Sweepstakes. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Limit of 12 entries received per sweepstake period for any method of entry. Any entry in excess of 12 entries will be declared void and ineligible to win.

5. PRIZES & ODDS OF WINNING: The Sponsor will award one (1) Grand Prize (“Prize”). Entrants must submit their entries in accordance with these Official Rules. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. It is expressly understood that Sponsor is under no obligation to the entrants, potential winners, and winners, other than as expressly set forth herein.

6. DRAWING & AWARD: On or about June 1, 2025, the Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible Sweepstakes Entries and select One (1) potential Sweepstakes Grand Prize winner. The Grand Prize will consist of a Blacktail Hunt in Fall of 2025 with the Born and Raised members in the state of Oregon, including airfare, lodging, meals, and any state required licenses. The selected potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by email and/or phone within ten (10) business days of winner selection or as soon as reasonably practicable. If such potential winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time period, if the potential winner is ineligible, if any notification is returned undeliverable, or if the potential winner otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules, he/she will forfeit that prize and an alternate winner will be selected from among all remaining Entries for that drawing. All expenses not stated herein as part of the Prize are the Prize winner’s responsibility. Potential winners have the right to forfeit any Prize. If a potential winner forfeits a Prize, that Prize may be awarded to an alternate entrant for that Prize, selected at random. To the extent the award of any Prize is prohibited by law in the applicable jurisdiction, Sponsor will award an alternate prize of Sponsor’s choice of equal value to the potential winner of such Prize.

7. GENERAL PRIZE CONDITIONS: Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner's name, photograph and likeness for publicity purposes without further compensation in any and all media now known or hereinafter without territorial restriction (except where prohibited by law). By entering, you agree that Sweepstakes Parties and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, employees, agents, successors and/or assigns and their advertising and Sweepstakes agencies shall have no liability for, and to release and hold all such parties harmless from, any damage, loss or liability to person or property, due in whole or part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize or participation in this Sweepstakes. Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorney's fees. 

8. PRIZE LIMITATIONS: Prize is transferable, but no substitution of cash equivalent prizes will be permitted. Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, errors in any printing or posting or these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to possible legal action by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the sweepstakes, without notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation, if Sponsor determines that the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned or should a virus, bug, tampering or unauthorized intervention, technical failure or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Sweepstakes. In the event any tampering or unauthorized intervention may have occurred, Sponsor reserves the right to void suspect posts at issue. Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives, and any telephone network or service providers, are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunction, lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failure or malfunction of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, the inability to access any website or online service or any other error, human or otherwise.

9. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Sweepstakes Parties shall not be responsible or liable for Entries that are entered by other than human means (such as by an automated computer program or any non-human mechanism, entity, or device), in excess of the stated limit, or for Entries that are late, forged, destroyed, lost, misplaced, stolen, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, garbled, or otherwise not in compliance with these official rules, and all such Entries will be disqualified. By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree: (i) to be bound by these official rules and by all applicable laws and all decisions of the judges which shall be binding and final; (ii) to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with respect to the official rules; (iii) to waive all of his/her rights to bring any claim, action, or proceeding against any of the Sweepstakes Parties; and (iv) to release, indemnify, and hold harmless each of the Sweepstakes Parties and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives, from any liability (including, but not limited to, liability for any property loss, damage, personal injury, bodily injury, death, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity), costs and expenses (including without limitation, reasonable outside attorney’s fees) that may arise in connection with: (a) your participation or inability to participate in the Sweepstakes, (b) typographical errors in the official rules or any Sweepstakes Sweepstakesal materials, (c) acceptance or possession, defects in, use, misuse or inability to use an prize (or any component thereof), (d) any change by any company or any other person providing any of the components of a prize due to reasons beyond any of the Sweepstakes Parties’ control or as otherwise permitted hereunder, (e) any interruptions in or postponement, cancellation, or modification of the Sweepstakes, (f) human error, (g) incorrect or inaccurate transcription, receipt or transmission of any part of the Entry (including, without limitation, the entry information or any parts thereof), (h) any technical malfunctions or unavailability of the Sweepstakes site or any telephone network, computer online system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or internet service provider utilized by any of the Sweepstakes Parties or by you, (i) interruption or inability to access the sweepstakes, any Sweepstakes-related web pages, or any online service via the internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems, (j) any damage to your (or any third person’s) computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of the Sweepstakes, (k) any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects, and/or any other errors or malfunctions, (l) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omissions on the part of any of the Sweepstakes Parties, or any of their agents or employees, or (m) any other cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond the control of any one or more of the Sweepstakes Parties. Each winner hereby acknowledges that the Sweepstakes Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize or component thereof, including any express or implied warranties provided by any of the prize suppliers associated with this Sweepstakes.

10. INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering the sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to indemnify, release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, administrator, advertising and promotional agencies, and all their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from any liability, damages, losses or injury resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from that entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize that may be won. Sponsor and its parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies do not make any warranties, express or implied, as to the condition, fitness or merchantability of the Prize.

11. CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION: Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants or winners, Sponsor, and administrator in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Oregon, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of Commonwealth of Oregon or any other jurisdiction), which might otherwise cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Commonwealth of Oregon. Any action seeking legal or equitable relief arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules shall be brought only in the courts of the Commonwealth of Oregon. You hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of said courts and waive any claim of forum non-conveniens or lack of personal jurisdiction they may have.

The potential winner then and only then becomes the “winner.” If such potential winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time period, if the potential winner is ineligible, if any notification is returned undeliverable, or if the potential winner otherwise fail to fully comply with these Official Rules, he/she will forfeit that prize and an alternate winner will be selected from among all remaining Entries for that drawing. 
5. GENERAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner's name, photograph and likeness for publicity purposes without further compensation in any and all media now known or hereinafter without territorial restriction (except where prohibited by law). By entering, you agree that Promotion Parties and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, employees, agents, successors and/or assigns and their advertising and promotional agencies shall have no liability for, and to release and hold all such parties harmless from, any damage, loss or liability to person or property, due in whole or part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize or participation in this Promotion. Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorney's fees. Sponsors reserves the right, in its sole discretion to terminate, modify, cancel or suspend this Promotion and award the prize from among all eligible Entries received prior to action taken by Sponsors, should fraud, virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of Sponsors corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the game. Promotion Parties are not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Sponsors reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual, and all of his/her Entries, who tampers with the entry process. By entering, you agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, participant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsors in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in.
6. PRIZE LIMITATIONS: Limit of one (1) Sweepstakes Prize Package per person/per household. If it is discovered, during prize verification, that you have entered, attempted to enter, or used multiple accounts to enter more than the stated limit, you will be disqualified at the discretion of the administrator, or will be void. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means and Entries made by any means, which subvert the entry process, are void. All Entries become the property of Sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned. Promotion Parties are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or undelivered prizes.
7. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Promotion Parties shall not be responsible or liable for Entries that are entered by other than human means (such as by an automated computer program or any non-human mechanism, entity, or device), in excess of the stated limit, or for Entries that are late, forged, destroyed, lost, misplaced, stolen, misdirected, tampered with, incomplete, deleted, damaged, garbled, or otherwise not in compliance with these official rules, and all such Entries will be disqualified. By entering the Promotion, you agree: (i) to be bound by these official rules and by all applicable laws and all decisions of the judges which shall be binding and final; (ii) to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with respect to the official rules; (iii) to waive all of his/her rights to bring any claim, action, or proceeding against any of the Promotion Parties; and (iv) to release, indemnify, and hold harmless each of the Promotion Parties and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives, from any liability (including, but not limited to, liability for any property loss, damage, personal injury, bodily injury, death, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity), costs and expenses (including without limitation, reasonable outside attorney’s fees) that may arise in connection with: (a) your participation or inability to participate in the Promotion, (b) typographical errors in the official rules or any Promotion promotional materials, (c) acceptance or possession, defects in, use, misuse or inability to use an prize (or any component thereof), (d) any change by any company or any other person providing any of the components of a prize due to reasons beyond any of the Promotion Parties’ control or as otherwise permitted hereunder, (e) any interruptions in or postponement, cancellation, or modification of the Promotion, (f) human error, (g) incorrect or inaccurate transcription, receipt or transmission of any part of the Entry (including, without limitation, the entry information or any parts thereof), (h) any technical malfunctions or unavailability of the Promotion site or any telephone network, computer online system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, or internet service provider utilized by any of the Promotion Parties or by you, (i) interruption or inability to access the sweepstakes, any Promotion-related web pages, or any online service via the internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems, (j) any damage to your (or any third person’s) computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of the Promotion, (k) any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions, defects, and/or any other errors or malfunctions, (l) any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omissions on the part of any of the Promotion Parties, or any of their agents or employees, or (m) any other cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond the control of any one or more of the Promotion Parties. Each winner hereby acknowledges that the Promotion Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize or component thereof, including any express or implied warranties provided by any of the prize suppliers associated with this Promotion.
8. CHOICE OF LAW AND JURISDICTION: Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants or winners, Sponsor, and administrator in connection with this Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Oregon, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of Commonwealth of Oregon or any other jurisdiction), which might otherwise cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Commonwealth of Oregon. Any action seeking legal or equitable relief arising out of or relating to the Promotion or these Official Rules shall be brought only in the courts of the Commonwealth of Oregon. You hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of said courts and waive any claim of forum non-convenience or lack of personal jurisdiction they may have.
9. TAX INFORMATION: All federal, state, local, and other taxes on prizes and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner.
