What can I return?
You may return or exchange any item that is unused, and in new condition. For a full refund or exchange, mail out your item within 30 days from the receipt of order.


Who pays for shipping?
If an item is to be replaced due to damage upon receipt, we will pay shipping costs and send a return label via email.
Items returned or exchanged due to change of mind or sizing issues, requires you pay to return the items to us.

YES, we do!

 

Where can I find the Born & Raised Limited Edition EXO 4800 Pack and are they currently in stock?

Our limited edition pack is currently available on EXO Mountain Gear's website. You can get more info about it by clicking HERE.

 

When will you be releasing the Born & Raised Game Bags?

We have been planning to release the game bags to the public in late spring, 2020. But due to COVID-19, production facilities are being limited and we are currently uncertain how soon we will be able to release the bags. We want to be 100% satisfied with the final product for you, the user. However, we are still hopeful to release the bags before archery elk season.
